We accept returns and refunds for new, unused items within 7 days from the date the order is delivered.
After 7 days, the order is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

1. Eligible Return Conditions

A return or refund may be approved if the item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or broken

  • Incorrect size, design, or material compared to what was ordered

  • Wrong item received

  • Product not as described on the website

2. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be new, unused, unwashed

  • Not be altered or modified

  • Include all original tags

  • Include the original packaging

  • Not have minor defects easily fixable (e.g., loose thread)

Items not meeting these requirements cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect item/design/size chosen by the customer

  • Orders placed with incorrect address details

  • Items that are used, washed, damaged after receipt

  • Items missing original packaging or tags

4. Return Method & Label (Required by GMC)

To make returns simple and transparent, our return method is as follows:

  • Return method: Via postal mail

  • Return shipping label: Included in the package, free of charge

  • Additional return fees: None — customers do not pay extra for the return label

  • Processing time for refunds: 3 days after we receive the return package

5. Return Instructions

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (photos/videos).

  3. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions.

  4. Use the return shipping label provided in your package.

  5. Drop the package at your local postal service.

  6. Send us the return tracking number.

Important:
Do NOT return any package without our confirmation email. Unapproved or lost returns cannot be refunded.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, funds usually appear within 10–15 days.

  • If you do not see your refund after this period, please contact your bank and email us at [email protected].

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Since the return label is included free of charge, customers will not pay additional purchase fees for the return process.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

  • A cancellation fee of 10% applies.

  • If the order is already processed or sent to the warehouse, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Exchanges

We do not support exchanges.
