Reasons for Returns:
- Incorrect or damaged item: If the product doesn’t match the website description, is the wrong size, or arrives with quality issues like tearing, blurred graphics, etc. Please provide order details, photos of damage/defects, and product tags.
- Wrong size: If an item’s measurements differ significantly from our size charts. Please submit order info, product tags, and photos with a measuring tape showing actual garment dimensions.
- Lost package: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order. Contact us with order details and post office confirmation within 30 days. We will assist with insurance claims and refund upon verification.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours for a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cancellations after this window.
