Modifying or Canceling Your Order
Need to make changes to a recently placed order? Not a problem! We allow modifications and cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
To request a change, please get in touch with our customer support team in one of the following ways:

Our team is happy to assist with any modifications or cancellations within that first 24 hour period.
However, we cannot accommodate requests after 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. So please reach out within a day of ordering if you require any changes.
Correct Delivery Addresses
When placing your order, please double check that you have entered the exact delivery address you need your items shipped to. We ship packages to the precise address that is provided.
While we make every effort to get purchases to our customers on time, we cannot take responsibility if an order does not reach the intended recipient due to an inaccurate address. Entering a precise and correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.
