We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders. You may order as many items as you want and you will never pay more than the flat rate.
How much are the shipping costs?
We use flat shipping rate of $4.99 for shipping within US and $12.99 for international shipping.
Attention: Time to received goods = Production Time + Delivery Time
Depending on the product, the production time will vary depending on the complexity of the product. With normal products, the production time is about 1 – 3 days.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, EU countries, and selected international locations. Delivery times for most products are estimated as follows:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- International: 10–15 business days

About late delivery:
Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- Mistaken address
- Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units
- Extreme weather conditions
- International customs clearance

Track your order
After the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee
